Louis Mitchell is a freelance cinematographer and photographer, currently based in Melbourne, Australia. His focus in both art practices is largely independent documentary work. Louis’ work has been exhibited and published locally and internationally. Louis’ years of work in the camera departments on Australian television have always helped to fund his next independent photo or video project. Louis enjoys the freedom of shifting from the solo focus of his photography projects to working as part of a team with other creatives to realise a vision for film.
